   As Mayor and Vice Mayor of the Children's Council of Lupeni, we would like to welcome you to our CLC Lupeni website. As the elected representatives of the children of Lupeni (up to the age of 14), we have the responsibility of developing programs for the city's children and representing their interests with the adult city council. We have just celebrated our first anniversary of the founding of the CLC Lupeni, and are looking forward to building on the training and foundation of this past year's achievements to develop even better programs for our community.
